DSPT Encoding craft missing from intel center.

I used profile editor to set all quests to success and all hideout stations to max level. I didnt receive a DSPT from the mechanic quest nor the crafting recipe for the encoded version.

This is expected behavior, you've set the DSP giving quest to completed, you get the item by accepting the quest.

As for the hideout craft being unlocked, you'd need to accept the `Getting acquainted` quest in game.
