Suck on splashscreen

Had this same issue back on 3.4.1. Here's some things that worked for me(you don't have to do all of them at once):

• Pressing Alt+Tab when starting via the launcher
• Waiting 5 minutes in between play sessions, then starting via the launcher
• Deleting the game.ini and/or the sound.ini files

*settings .ini files should be located in(depending on where tarkov is installed): C:\Users\*yourusername*\AppData\Roaming\Battlestate Games\Escape from Tarkov\Settings

If the first one doesn't work try the second method, if those don't work try deleting those .ini files, save that for last because you'll have to redo some in-game settings after deleting them.

I'm getting the same crash error/infinite load screen.

Look at post #2 and try those suggestions out.

If that doesn't work then uninstall Tarkov using the uninstaller tool the game came with, then after that find any/all files related to Tarkov and SPT that got left behind(there are quite a few files that stay around) and reinstall everything again.
