Therapist not buying high value items bug or feature?

Therapist won't buy things like intel folders and flash drives. Is it a bug or is that something now in 3.50/0.13

nah but she used to buy those items in the old patch so i was just wondering if it was a feature or bug. I thought she would buy them in the live game as well
