Bot generation (without SWAG) causing micro stutters through entire raid

Like in the title, every bot generation causes a stutter which makes the game massively unenjoyable to play especially on maps where there is more ai limit

I have removed all mods from /mods and all plugins that don't come native and yes it still stutters after loading a raid
