Exception message:could not find file when lunching the game

just updated to SPT AKI 1.0.1 also updated all the mods i use.

when i try to lunch the game i get error: could not find file ".....\EscapeFromTarkov_Data\Managed\Assembly-csharp.dll" as shown in the logs.

what is this file and where do i get it from?

Excellent, glad it is sorted, My first time encountering this particular one myself, so I am happy that it has a simple solution.
