This is the most recent User log I believe. I think some things got resolved but now it's like the realism and Donuts is causing the issues remaining issues.
These logs don't show any errors in relation to BigBrain or any AI related mods. You don't have SAIN installed though.
As for Realism, you should be able to just read its description and follow its uninstall instructions
