Problem with running CMD Window's

So i keep having a problem with the server closing out and going into limp mode, i was creating this post to see if there was some other way to run the Aki.Server.exe instead of it using the CMD Window, is there a third party program that would allow me to run it? Ive looked up every fix i possibly could try to keep my CMD window from instantly crashing upon launching, even launching it in admin doesnt help. it will still crash, so with that being said i cant launch the Aki.server without it crashing, yet still seeming to run in the background but the Aki.Launcher doesnt notice so it causes me to find the server in TaskManager to End Process there.

Any info would be helpful

100% yes, fresh install or not i will get the problem. didnt know of another command window program to use instead of windows stock cmd.

1. Open the folder SPT is installed too,

2. In the address bar, type cmd,

3. In the cmd type Aki.Server.exe
Instantly crashed, its like my cmd window just dont like to be open and with the server being ran off a cmd window, its just closing to background and wont stay open on screen

As for Event Viewer i dont even know the first thing to look for in there
