- PMC Dogtags don't need to be found in raid anymore

- Removed Initial Equipment from the quest "Throwing Out The Bait" because the gear was given out each time the quest was failed

- The objectives for the quest "Search Warrant" don't need to be completed in one raid anymore because they were sometimes reset for some reason

- Changed the AK-101 gunsmith objective for the quest "Tools To Work With - Part 4" which hopefully fixes the issue some people were having ( if anyone made translations, locales have to be updated for the AK-101 requirements )

I have been kinda busy recently because of irl stuff

so i didnt have that much time to work on fixes and testing stuff and especially not much time ( and maybe motivation due to mental health ) work on new stuff but eventually i should be ready to continue the main questline with lightkeeper
