hi, i just looked at the quest and there was something wrong with the hidden conditions, ill include the fix in the next release, thanks for the report

- Fixed an issue with the quest "Narcotic - Part 5" where the last few objectives were hidden and couldn't be completed
- Fixed an issue with the quest "Checkmate - Part 5" where the last objective was hidden and couldn'nt be completed
- Fixed an issue with the quest "Old But Gold - Part 4" where the quest was failed upon dying or using healing items ( this was not intended for this quest )

Changes & Balancing :

- PMC Dogtags don't need to be found in raid anymore

- Removed Initial Equipment from the quest "Throwing Out The Bait" because the gear was given out each time the quest was failed

- The objectives for the quest "Search Warrant" don't need to be completed in one raid anymore because they were sometimes reset for some reason
