    Where did you download your game from?
    From the Launcher, and the launcher from eft.com
    List of used mods
    None

    Just tried installing 2.0.1 and had no errors until i try starting the game from the launcher, whenever i try to start the game this error pops up:

    "EFT isn't installed on your computer. Please buy a copy of the game and support the developers."

    I have read the faq's and tried everything on there, reinstalling both spt-aki and eft several times, verified integrity, path is correct etc.

    Completed both a scav raid and a pmc raid but still cant get the spt-aki launcher to run tarkov.
    Is there anything else i can try? my game is 100% legit just to be clear.

    1) Is you SPT folder on the same drive as Live EFT folder? For whatever reason that makes the difference for some people

    2) Then you re-installed Live EFT - did you fully uninstall it including BSG Launcher or just did Repair or manually deleted folder?

    Can you show what your SPT install folder looks like?


    your live folder should look like this: image

    once you copy all that to a separate folder for SPT,

    open the 2.0.1 AKI file, copy all the files and paste them into the SPT folder and it should look like this: image

    run the server and wait till you see this: image

    open the launcher, register an account, click "start game"
    when this starts, the launcher will delete a load of files and will look like this: image


    if you are having issues still by this point and they are on the same drive, I cant help ;(


    only other thing i can think of is check the launcher and make sure its directed to the correct folder

    I will doublecheck when i get home but i'm pretty sure everything looks like the pics you posted.
    On a sidenote i've been goofing around so much with this i managed to get myself banned xD
    Probably forgot to delete some of the AKI files before i tried to verify integrity... oh well, gotta purchase another copy and be more careful next time :P hehe

    The only way you’d get banned is if you added it messed with the live folder, maybe that’s why the launcher can’t find it. ;(
