When you open it (right click edit with notepad++ / vscodium etc) Is it a nice looking file throughout / empty / a garbled mess of null / a mess of null towards the end of the file?
Although by the sounds of it you will have to start over, you can use the profile editor to edit back some of your progress.

It sounds like it has bricked your profile dude Check to see if everything looks normal, The error itself is pointing to a null character near the end of your profile (that's my guess anyway) You may be able to tidy things up, but maybe not.

Do you still have the client log for this by chance? (this one isn't telling me anything) you can find it in the route/Logs/<profile_name>

They do, but are somewhat rarer than Live, you can up the rate with AIO

Unfortunately this is still under investigation, and whilst it has fixed it for you, this does not appear to be a universal fix.

Only thing I can see is you are running 1.0.0 which is deprecated, upgrade to 1.0.1, otherwise my psychic powers are lacking.

I have noticed you are running zero times? this should set your crafting time to 0

It may be worth checking to see if another mod is also lowering crafting production times? If a simple server reset doesn't fix it.
