May be due to memory leak, have you enabled the auto RAM cleaner in ingame options? May help.

Yes as mentioned there is a memory leak issue, I am pretty sure this is from BSG's end.
Have you tried either of the memory cleaning options I listed? -

Unfortunately this is caused by AI I believe (as there appears to be a noticeable degradation to frame-rate as raids progress).
One thing that appears to help is SpawnRework. This gives a considerable boost to performance, but may require tweaking to get spawn numbers you are happy with. -
It appears this is a bug in whichever clothing mod y'all are using.
I would expect new version shortly, but to fix in the meantime search the mod in question for customization_seller: true,

Then you are doing it wrong, Normal cause of this is if you have not installed it on the same drive as live/ have not allowed required privileges etc.
Solution is normally to install on the same drive, and run one online raid. -
Stop using B3 and update to B5. This issue has already been fixed.

It would depend entirely on the structure of the mod.
Normally it is best to remove the old version, and replace it with the new, then set up the config.
If the config file is Identical then you can copy your old config file straight over. -
OK it is of note that whilst this may appear to work at first glance, there is a very high possibility of this causing unwelcome issues down the line.
If you encounter issue do NOT ask for support. The solution will be to start with a fresh profile. -
