As far as memory leaks go, this is something have noticed too. The auto RAM cleaner in EFT options may be of some use, if not an alternative is MemClean this may help.

Yeah looks like something was broke in your profile, fingers crossed it was caused by an issue that is now fixed.

It is a known issue as far as I am aware.
Password protecting your logs is not overly helpful. I would suggest replicating the issue with no mods installed to start with.
At a guess it doesn't like the () in your folder name "EFT (live)".
Yeah unfortunately it is not as easy as that, or even possible.
You could create a new char, and try past in skills inventory and whatnot, but you would need to ensure the syntax is correct (I have not attempted such a feat so I don't know what challenges may await.)
The config values are still accessible, however they are now bundled into the .dll's to ensure safe use.
As such you must pack any config changes into a mod to be able to use them (and not break your install)
