Yeah I am afraid you will need your official version installed and it can have issues if on a different drive. (do not need bsg launcher open, but you may need to run a raid online).
On another note, I would highly suggest getting things up and running "vanilla" before you try and mod it

Looks like you hit your memory limit, try running the auto Ram cleaner in the Tarkov game options. If you have no joy with that then memory cleaner is great.

Yes the bug causes the issue of infinite loading after each quest.

Known error, being worked on.

There are still some issues being ironed out with the beta branch. If the items are now gone from your profile they are unlikely to show up unfortunately. Although it sounds to me that your profile is borked. Have you tried a fresh profile without the mods on?

The repeating rig is a known bug, I am unsure of solutions at present, it may be BSG's end.
