Looks like invalid data in your profile. Feels like it has something to do with selling to Flea Market. I assume you posted sell order to FM before this issue happen, right?

Backup profile and try to start game without any mods.

If that will not help, you'll need to edit profile to remove corrupted part

Update: also you may try switching to B4 version

Please try the latest B4 - micro stutters should be fixed

Stuttering is reported by many people after 2nd raid. Client restart helps. No clear understanding what is causing it yet.
