First - you need to run repair for Live version to restore original files. Than make a copy of that folder somewhere else and install SPT-AKI on copied version. If there will be an error something like "you do not have licensed version installed"(do not remember exact wording) - you'll need to make 1 online raid on Live(naked suicide run should do)
Ghost Steps - are BSG issue. you hear steps when bot is spawned somewhere on map. same is on Live now. Possible turning off Binaural sound may help

As far as I know SPT-AKI checks for licensed EFT to be installed and will not. Not sure if it checks registry of anything else. In any case some troubleshooting may require you to log in to Live and play 1 online raid (does not looks like this is the case here through)

If you updated the real Live copy of EFT- that is wrong, you need to make a copy in a separate folder and update in that folder. Original (Live) version should still be present and it should not be edited in any way.

Most likely there is a corrupted item in your profile that needs to be removed using editor. Logs have expired, so cannot tell anything more without logs
When i got to the "hand over items" after an complet quest. Its stop when trying to tranfer ("continuet loading"). The problem is with all quest atm.

Check is that would help: After completing Polikhim Hobo quest, the game endless loads and i can't do anything.
In any case it sound like you have this or a similar problem with broken quest listed in your profile. you just need to find which one and fix it in a similar way. Unfortunately I do not know better way to find problematic quest except try-and-error, but better start with checking Polikhim Hobo

It also says "Downgrade EFT client files from version 12.9.2.11410 to version 12.9.10532", so if you do not have exactly 12.9.2.11410 version than it is not of any use to you. It is not compatible with the latest live or any 12.10.*** version that us why you were asked what was the live client version you use (before downgrade)
And there aren't any error logs so not sure what do you want to see
Server logs do exists in "<ROOT>\user\logs\server.log" from the moment you start server
And "<ROOT>\Logs\log_<timestamp>\<timestamp> errors.log" - client logs added after you start client
