Try running an antivirus scan, you could have picked up a crypto mining Trojan that’s hogging up your resources
Also see if it might be due to CPU underutilization, tarkov uses only one core so it should be around 30-40% utilization

Wait I just realized you said you used the patcher then dropped the AKI files, do it the other way around because AKI itself overwrites files when you drop them in

The infinite loading screen bug can be bypassed by alt tabbing while on the splash screen then jumping back on and giving it a few and then it’ll load in

have you been properly overwriting files when prompted when dropping in the AKI files?

Try redownloading EFT again and see if that works, or just manually drop in the required file from the Live EFT folder
