INSTALLATION:


Download the mod, unzip it and drag and drop the "Priscilu" folder into the "mods" folder located in "user\mods".

Path should be like this: "SPT-AKI_folder\user\mods\Priscilu".

To check if the installation was successful, just look for a "package" (or package.json) file on "SPT-AKI_folder\user\mods\Priscilu" folder.

In my specificall case, "package.json" file is on: "D:\Games\SPT-AKI\user\mods\Priscilu".

ATTENTION: it should NOT be like this: "SPT-AKI_folder\user\mods\Priscilu_X.X.X\Priscilu".

  • Hey, I used this mod in the past and it was great. However, I just reinstalled SPT and this mod and the trader is really bugged for me. After one purchase the trader becomes greyed out and there's a loading wheel and I can no longer interact with the trader until I restart the game and the process repeats itself. I uninstalled and reinstalled the mod 3 times to make sure I didn't download it incorrectly. Is there anything I can do to get it working normal again? Thanks a lot! Your mod is awesome

      About the problem, this is not a common issue. Anyway I'll try to help you.


      1 - Please, check if you are playing with:


      a) Original EFT version 0.13.0.4.23043;

      b) SPT-AKI version 3.5.6;

      c) Priscilu Trader version 2.3.6.


      If not, please install them.


      Attention 1: Players are reporting compatibility issue between Priscilu Trader and SPT-Realism. Solution for this by @davide: in SPT-Realism config, just disable "trader rep" and "offerts changes".


      Attention 2: Player @jittleyang reported that Priscilu Trader does not work properly when playing with "SPT Developer Edition". According to the player, you can solve this simply by deleting the "Developer" profile and creating a new "Edge of Darkness" one.


      2 - If you are playing with the right software and the problem still persist, uninstall all other mods and play with just Priscilu Trader version 2.3.6 installed.


      3 - If it is still not working, uninstall everything and reinstall it with;


      a) Original and fresh EFT version 0.13.0.4.23043;

      b) Fresh SPT-AKI version 3.5.6;

      c) Fresh Priscilu Trader version 2.3.6.

    • I did a fresh install and the same thing was happening so I changed my edition from SPT Developer to Edge of Darkness and now the mod works fine! so I'm guessing there was an issue with the SPT Developer edition of the game. Thank you for replying and for the help!

  • The trader only has one of each item...

    • Some items, as weapons, there is indeed just one for each item. But for ammo, for example, there is more. This is a feature added some versions ago because it was asked by several Priscilu's costumers.

      I think it is a good feature as it encourages you to play with items you are not used to. Besides, everything restores after 1 hour or after you restart your game and your server.

    • At least for now, Priscilu is not planning to work with quests.

    • I just want to point out that there is no config file on Priscilu Trader.
      SPT Realism does. So, you can try to change things on SPT Realism config. But as it is another mod, designed by another developer, we can not help on this.

      About your question, hope you understand that generally I avoid answering this type of question because depending on how much you know about mods on SPT-AKI, this can easily turn into a tutorial. And unfortunately nowadays I do not have time for this. But this time I'll try to help you.


      I'm not 100% sure but I think you can change it by:


      1) Open the base.json file (SPT-AKI_folder\user\mods\Priscilu\db);

      2) Go to "loyaltyLevels" an than to "buy_price_coef";

      3) Change the number 50 in front of "buy_price_coef" to whatever you want. I think that higher this number, higher is the price Priscilu pays.


      Obs.: I suggest you open base.json file using VSCodium.

      About your question, I don't know what to do to change it in the code, but I´m almost sure that if you close your game (server too) and open it again, you will get a restock in Priscilu.

    • I'm sorry man, when it comes to issue related to compatibility betwen mods, we can not do much. Maybe both mods can work together if you disable some resources on SPT Realism, but it is a bet. Some weeks ago, someone write this here on the comments:


      "i think it's probably the recoil tweaks mod, since that is part of spt realism."


      But sincerely, I don't think it is just a matter of recoil. Anyway, if you decide to dig into this and discover something, please don´t forget to come back to tell us.

    • I just ran into this problem after changing some load orders, fixed it by making sure Priscilu loads after Realism. I just renamed Priscilu to "zPriscilu"

  • Figured out the "infinite load" that @tomo2312 had. Playing with the "SPT Developer" edition when creating a profile via the SPT launcher will bug out Priscilu due to the single stack of 500 million rubles.

  • Hi, may I suggest adding more mid-high-end ammo types? Like M856A1 for example

      Look man, it is not a bad idea.
      But this is some reasons why I don't think we need this ammo on Priscilu now:


      - M856A1 ammo can be found on Pacekeeper Level 2;

      - M856A1 ammo can be crafted on workbench;

      - In terms of performance, M856A1 is close to M855A1 (already on Priscilu). Actually M855A1 is little bit better than M856A1;

      - There are already a lot of 556 ammo on Priscilu.

  • I used to be able to sell bags and rigs with items in them but in the latest version that function doesn't seem to work.

    • SPT-AKI 3.5.0 brought changes that required changes in some Priscilus parameters forcing him to work this way.

      Priscilu: the trader does not sell custom preset weapon. But Hephaestus Trader does. Unfortunately I'm quite sure it was not updated to SPT-AKI 3.5.1 yet.

      And it is not a bad idea at all. But as soon as there is a mod that already does this, I don't feel like doing it again. Besides, it is not easy to code a mod like this. At least for me, it isn't.

    I don't only get this with your mod, but any other trader mods as well. I'm asking you because you seem to be the nicest, and most active.

    • Version 3.5.1 of SPT was released a few hours ago. This mod, and many others have not yet been updated from 3.5.0 -> 3.5.1. There seems to be something about traders that makes the versions incompatible. If you hang tight, I'm sure Reis will update it. If nothing else a user is bound to post a temporary fix.

    • Oh, I didn't realize that 3.5.1 was so new, or really changed much. I'm using quite a few mods from 3.5.0, so I didn't think it would matter.

      Thanks for letting me know! I used to use mods on a 0.0.1 version below back in like 3.2, so I just didn't think it would matter much. But since Traders do a lot, it makes sense!

  • Alright all, played with priscilu for quite a bit and I'm ready to give a review for anyone considering.


    Shout out to Reis for responding in a timely manner when I had trouble at the beginning of installation.


    Now for the mod, most fun i've had with the game in a while. It's nice knowing you have good items at your disposal (if you had the rubles of course). My only complaint is that the game started to feel SOOOOO easy and didn't have that same "pleasant kick in the nuts" vibe. I would literally not be carrying good ammo in my secure container but in my rigs, and stacks of it too. (im talking 120+ rounds of 7.62 bp to reload my mags in raid)


    Where things got too easy for me is that most prices he has for items are fair except ammo, its dirt cheap compared to flea market (with blacklisted items off). Im sure there are ways to limit how much you can buy from priscilu at one time and adjust the price for the ammunition he sells to make it not feel as cheesy.


    Final Thoughts, this mod rocks. Enjoyable experience, Easier way of life in Tarkov, made gear fear irrelevant.


    Suggestions: one thing i would like to see in the mod is some love for the ASH-12 and and ammo for it.

  • I buy a thing from Priscilu, and then i cant buy anything ever again from him, unless i exit a raid or restart the game. Its very uncovenient but the flea market buying works

      It was added on 2.2.1 version. I just forgot to describe it on the changelog, but I have just fix it.

    love the idea and wanted to give it a try. however im running into an issue. when i launch the server, it says that priscilu is missing package .json.


    I have spt 3.5.0

    and the latest tarkov forum too

    and priscilu 2.2.1


    I followed the link and it took me to a google drive forum and i downloaded it from the icon in the top right of the screen and followed the directions to put the mod in the user folder under mods. any idea what i can do to fix the error? ( i have not tried running the game with this mod installed yet due to the error message)

      Let's try to solve it.


      First of all: you've downloaded the "Priscilu_2.2.1.zip" file. As it is a ".zip" file, it is a compressed file. It means you need to uncompres it. If you don't uncompres the file, you will get this error message. So, did you uncompres "Priscilu_2.2.1.zip" file?

    • yes, i used 7 zip to undo it and extracted it as it's own file and did a simple drag and drop maneuver on user/mods.

    • You did right, man.


      Now check if is there a "package.json" file on your folder \SPT-AKI\user\mods\Priscilu

      IMPORTANT: check if the Priscilu folder name is "Priscilu".


      For example, in my case it is:

      D:\Games\SPT-AKI 3.5.0\user\mods\Priscilu\package.json

  • Really loved this trader. I had to delete it though and start over sadly. You can get unlimited money with it and kind of ruined the fun. 10/10 would recommend though.

    Priscilu: the trader is arguably the best trader mod on the database. He opens up the opportunity for countless incredibly useful purchases, that you can't make with other traders. Whether it's a red key card or the kind of ammo that will crack an altyn like an egg, he's got it. Despite having access to items otherwise unpurchaseable, none of it is game breaking. Everything is fairly priced, including the dripped out weapons, and doesn't take the wind out of your sails. Is the red key card 80 mil? No, but 5 mil doesn't exactly leave you feeling like you cheated for it. This mod opens doors for those who seek to enjoy all of Tarkov's content, without breaking the game's economy.

    The balance of price and content of this trader mod leaves no room for doubt; Reis cares about how the game feels, and cares about the mod they've created!
