Stuck loading forever on entrance screen

it looks like the server was running just fine however the client just wasn't responding, it states in the .errors that it had an invalid cast exception (whatever that means but afaik it should interrupt the client)

can you please send the .backend and .applications log files as well

it seems like just the standard issue with nvidia reflex holding things up but it shouldn't take 2 hours and I think that invalidcastexception might have been the problem that halted the client, but I have no idea what the "Specified cast" is so I think we should wait till support staff get here

but you also didn't send the backend file, it ends with .backend so try and find it if you can

can i get you to reupload the logs and change the expiry to a month or something, they have been deleted/expired already
