its just stuck on splash screen forever, i've had this problem forever, please help 
again, if you use an nvidia gpu, open the overlay via alt+z a few times a few seconds after the splash screen appears and then close the overlay
give it about 30 seconds, then open the overlay a few more times again and then close the overlay and wait again
client log shows Easy Asset Patch Error, follow FAQ and delete all things related to BSG and SPT and redownload the game and start fresh
so reinstall tarkov basically?
basically yes, short explanation is that there are some files that dont get updated/missing and it causes these issues
