Launcher is in constant spinning state and wont go into setting up new player profile. How do I fix this?

The problem I am having after first getting this is that the game launches but it only shows the loading screen and nothing else. It says Escape From Tarkov and has the spinning icon at the bottom right going forever. It does not go past this point in order to setup new player profile. So that being said, I am not sure what to do because I legit cant even play and I followed all the steps to install the patcher and Aki tool. No to mention the Server.exe constantly says client request over and over again for the same files.

So I have the overlay off and It still is spinning for some reason

Edit: now it says I do not have the game installed when I do

Edit: fixed that issue but it still just spins and spins. It won't go past the loading screen where it says escape from tarkov and C 2021 battlestate games at the bottom with all of their credits.

so redownload or use the patcher in the file again?

so do the aki-patcher and spt aki again?

Tried it twice and it either says that I do not have the game or when it works it then just spins consistently. Might just re download real tarkov from scratch and see if it works after that
