Game not launching, server does just fine.

I was attempting to get the ServerValueModifier client to function properly last night. after awhile of not being able to add cash to my stash I gave up and went to bed. After work today I installed the profile editor since I read that it was much easier to use, once I got it installed and the path set up I went to launch my client and after the server loaded properly, the AKi-Launcher itself is non-functional. Nothing happens when clicked, no prompt, no anti-virus block etc.

Apologies if not enough information or if I'm missing something incredibly simple, I'm quite new to fiddling with SPT, sitting at like day 3 of doing this heh.
