insurance not working

fresh clean download nothing wrong so far and i ended up dieing in a raid cus im bad at this game.
waited for insureance for about an hour of other raids. no new msgs.
okay ill sleep on it. wake up and no new msgs about Prapor's men finding or not finding my stuff.
so i keep playing. no issues. just no insureance, i purchased it, items are covered. just they are not coming back.
so i downloaded ServerValueModifier as an attempt to force the insurance to work. nope. after 6min to 10min nothing, nothing for the past hour half, its just not working.
not sure what to do since this feature isnt working. and im really not trying to play some kind of ironman mode or some crap.
i looked at the faq, dunno if this is a unique issue or i failed looking around the site for the past hour trying to figure this out while trying to get the game to force this event to happen.

the onyl errors in my logs are about the siga 12 [and my typing skillz]

about 20 times i have this as a repeat.

im new to this and all, im just trying to play tarkov without the stress of a 10/10 mlg TTV hardcore ect. ruining any potential entertainment.

doing a clean install of SPT AKI after i have shift DEL all the files in my SPTarkove folder.
maybe a clean offical and clean aki install will fix this issue.

and now the installer isnt working. this is a clean folder. nothing in it but the installer and its giving a wall of text related to Newtonsoft.Json.JsonSerializer.

it creates a mirror that has the mega DL link for a patcher but i cant run that till aki is re-setup.

doing the manel method with copying my files over and using the patcher. hopefully this works.

no luck still no insurance. trying to get GhostFenizz's value editor to work but havent been successfull to get it to apply to my client.

alright. i guess im gonna have to get really good at faceshots and make best choices around scavs and all. or play with out and do sum funny stuff with air drops till i can maje my money back. its gonna be funky for sure.
