If you are starting fresh, you may want to exclude Weapon Proficiency for now (at least do not complete them), because huge update is coming later today with total overhaul of that bundle and you do not want to miss new rewards added for each quest

Sorry, but cannot reproduce on my side with your profile. I have issue with traders not showing assorts - that is probably because you have some items in your inventory, but multiple quests completed without issues. I used my mod version 0.9.0 with default settings as single mod installed.

I suppose you do not need generator at all now. Just be careful editing server files - you will lose your changes if you update SPT-AKI version and some mods may override your changes also

1) I said change to "Empty", not "empty" not ""

2) you can try changing to "None", because "Empty" probably means you should have empty gear slot named in "RequiredSlot"

3) if neither will work - have no idea, but you are free to start from that point and experiment further

small note: next mod update will include total overhaul of Weapon Proficiency and there will be no backward compatibility with current version unfortunately.

not sure it is possible to edit "WorldEvent" itself, but you can try to change it to "Empty"

Ok, definitely something wrong with quests list. I've tried to remove from profile all quests related to Gunsmith Assistant, Hideout Assistant and Juggernaut bundles and that helped. Not sure which one exactly is a culprit, but at least that may help for you both. I'll keep looking for more details later

Ok looks like something wrong with controller. Lines 291-292 should look like:

Please use attached version of controller - I've pre-edited it so it should allow you to see trader items and log IDs of problematic items in your inventory,

If you'll be able to see trades, but all you sell will cost 1 Rouble - send new server logs only
