    Asking modders if a mod that says it's for a different version than you're on that's giving you errors while others are constantly asking "when update" or also posting errors because they're using the wrong version gets very frustrating.

    I made a fresh install of SPT on 3.6.0 and the latest version of the Realism Mod was installed too. All I get is a infinite loading screen. I have tried almost everything and idk what to do.

    It's almost like the mod hasn't been updated to 3.6.0

    Without the Ultra 5 The weapon is 39.1 vertical recoil and 107.9 horizontal recoil and with it 37.9 horizontal and 140.7 vertical. But the Ultra 5 stats say -2.5% horizontal recoil

    Think about it, the stats of muzzle brakes do not apply if covered by a suppressor.

    I expect no one is really gonna be wanting this but is it possible to get a low threat stance with the weapon across the front with a double press of the low ready? Would work kind of like the short stocking to increase stamina recouperation and just add a little more role playability.

    I could possibly do that in a future version, I already make bots do it. Only issue is having yet more keybinds.


    Is it possible to config low ready stance as default stance ? If yes, how can I do it ?


    There isn't a config option for that, would be too messy to implement

    Something I've been curious about, apologies if it's answered somewhere already but I couldn't find mention of it after looking around: do health-related changes like decreased reload speed and recoil also apply to the bots when they're injured?

    I discovered a small bug with stances.

    If you are in a stance, say Low Ready for example, and you ADS, you will still be in that same stance when coming out of ADS. I assume that is intended behavior.

    However, if while in ADS you press your Active Aim key, when you come out of ADS you will be in the default point fire position instead of the stance you were previously in.

    I can't diagnose random crashes, the first thing to do in these situations is to test with only one mod installed at a time, and to first try with no mods.

    Yeah I know that. But what I'm saying is that trying to enable it back and putting everything like it was before didn't work until cleaning the FOVFix.cfg. So (at least in my case) I can't go back and enable it without redoing the configuration from the ground in Bepinex. I'm not stating that it messes the sens, because like you said, it is expected. What I'm saying is about going back and trying to enable it again. It remains messed up.

    That sounds like a problem on your end, either missing a setting when reverting to defaults or forgetting to restart the game

    I did, the problem is that it can't be enabled back without cleaning the FOVFix.cfg and redoing it. At least in my case. Don't know if it was supposed to work like that. But like I said, I'm not disabling it again, so no problem. :thumbup:


    The overview pages states that disabling variable zoom will fuck sensitivity, so you must disable the sensitivity changes in the bepinex config AND the server module's config

    Whenever I fire an automatic weapon while hipfiring, my mouse is locked to the vertical axis and I can't look left or right. I did process of elimination and found that Realism is the cause of this. Any idea on how to resolve this?

    Look earlier in the thread, happens if you disable hipfire recoil climb, will be fixed in a future version

    Yes actually, if you get shot in the arm/hand with bullets you tend to drop things. I know it's very hard to understand for you. It's like I have to explain everything to some people like they're children. It's even optional and the odds tweakable but fuck me I guess.

    Don't know why but I get error message "Realism Mod: Error Checking Player Profile: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '0')" whenever spt loads and i cant make it to main menu.

    Could be dozens of different things and almost certainly an issue on your end (conflict/piracy/wrong SPT/mod version)


    Is this error caused by realism?

    Don't know if this is the right place for this but, it seems i found a fix to make Gear Gal and other traders compatible with Realism, here's what i did :
    I went to Gear Gal mod file then i oppened the "db" folder, in there i opened "Base.json"

    For me it work, i think it's because traders like Gear Gal have no reputation level, adding this to the code pretty much make the trader have 4 reputation levels
    I tested it with both Gear Gal and Priscilu and it worked for me.

    Interesting, makes sense. That's something to let them know about, doubt there's anything I can do on my end about it.


    Hi Fontaine. I want to use this mod with your fantastic FOV mod. Your description mentions "increasing the horizontal recoil limit to at least 20 in the Realism config is using this mod." In both the Realism config and config exe I only see a horizontal recoil multiplier. Is there somewhere else I should be looking? Thanks.

    Turn on the advanced options toggle at the top of the bepinex config menu.

    the idea itself is great, there are only moments when at the beginning of the shootout they immediately throw away their weapons and run with knives without trying to shoot back

    They only do that if you shoot the arms, and the chance can be adjusted

    If you shoot a bot in the arm, they have a chance to drop the weapon, that's why the weapon wasn't on the body. Nothing this mod does will affect magazine disappearing, it likely fell through the ground or you just didn't see it.


    can this be turned off? because at some points (I don’t know what it is connected with) they just throw out their weapons and run with knives into hand-to-hand combat


    Did you look at the config?

    is this a new feature of the mod that bots throw away their weapons and go into hand-to-hand combat before they die? :D


    in the lab, at first I didn’t understand where the raiders have weapons, then I look at the guns next to the corpses
