Cool went ahead and marked as Resolved.

I actually just encountered this myself...and noticed this bit
Code2021-08-02 17:35:31.469 -04:00|0.12.11.1.13487|Error|FilesChecker|Consistency ensurance failed. File not exist. File: "EscapeFromTarkov_BE.exe". ElapsedMilliseconds:191
For some reason it thinks you're running 12.11.1.13487
Try running the downgrader again for me. I'm running Version 1.4.0 of the downgrader atm myself but I am on 13411 so you would want Downgrade Version 1.5.0
-
Other than trying to stick in the EFT_BE.exe from the live game, with the downgrader I honestly have no clue why it's fretting over the BattleEye exe.
Probably best to have someone a little more experienced come along to assist you.
-
Would be best to re-downgrade as AKI-1.6.0 has several files that AKI-1.5.0 don't just to be on the safe side.
-
No, you shouldn't need it on a separate/different drive.
I don't use my C drive because it's an RAID0 NVME setup, and I'd like it to live a little while lmao.
First thing's first, while I look through the CodePaste. Can you try running AKI-1.5.1 as AKI-1.6.0 is unstable, and not being developed on.
Edit: Sooo, your CodePaste is very short...
Code2021-08-02 17:35:31.469 -04:00|0.12.11.1.13487|Error|FilesChecker|Consistency ensurance failed. File not exist. File: "EscapeFromTarkov_BE.exe". ElapsedMilliseconds:191
It's not detecting EFT_BE.exe for some weird reason as I always delete both the BE folder, and executable, and haven't had any issues whether 1.5.1, 1.6.0, or Bleeding Edge. Do try 1.5.1 for me, and let me know if that fixes it.

Download the InsuranceFix from Senko, here.
Realistically however, just downgrade to AKI 1.5.1 as 1.6.0 is not being developed on.
-
Downgrade to AKI 1.5.1 as AKI 1.6.0 is not being developed for. 1.6.0 has too many issues to be stable.
-
If by E:\EscapeFromTarkov\SPT AKI you mean that SPT is within the live folder of the game then yes, you'll need an entirely separate folder for SPT that is not contained within the live game folder.

Would appear from the file that it failed when converting Rubles for some reason, and is tied to the SCAV CAT mod which I didn't develop.
Code2021-07-15 22:54:17.514 -04:00|0.12.10.2.12893|Error|Default|Error while parsing item upd for item Рубли (id: a3395d8bb18fcfdc62bbfb46): Newtonsoft.Json.JsonSerializationException: Error converting value {null} to type 'System.Int32'. Path '', line 1, position 4. ---> System.InvalidCastException: Null object cannot be converted to a value type.
It also appears you're on AKI 1.6.0 so I'd really recommend downgrading to AKI 1.5.1 as it's stable, and 1.6.0 is not receiving development at this point in time.

You need to re-upload your Server, and Client log files. They have expired.
When you re-upload them, please set the Expiry time to "Never". It is at the top left.

Only way to truly fix this would be to downgrade to AKI 1.5.1 as AKI 1.6.0, as the red banner at the top says..
CodeWe are aware that AKI 1.6.0 have a lot of problems. Currently the development is really busy on AKI 2.0.0 for 12.11 and update. We advise you to not use 1.6.0 unless you accept to play with a lot of issues. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Have fun!
I don't think any of the developers plan on working on AKI 1.6.0 as it was simply released as a tool for modders to get the updated server code that will be used in AKI-2.0.0 with 12.11 patch, and Senko was informed there were no issues; when unfortunately there were.

This is one of the many reasons we don't recommend using AKI 1.6.0 as it contains a 360° FOV configuration change. You'll always have to change your FOV back, and forth when going between 1.6.0, and Live as Live does not have the same FOV variable.
To be more concise
Live Tarkov has 0-75° of FOV
AKI 1.6.0 has 0-360° of FOV
This is the reason you're always having to change the setting in your Shared.ini
Downgrading to AKI 1.5.1 will make it so you no longer have to edit the Shared.ini when switching between Live, and SPT.

When you say root are we saying root as C:\ or are we saying root as C:\Desktop, etc? Where exactly is it placed?
SPT can't be installed to the Desktop, and it shouldn't be anywhere in the BattleState Games directory either.
It should be C:\SPT-AKI or C:\SP Tarkov or C:\Whatever or D:\SPT etc.
Personally, this is how I have mine setup. One directory on an SSD for the actual server/client files where I'm playing the game, and another drive which is an HDD for the actual backups, mods, etc.
Client/Server
Mods
To be 100% clear, it's not in this directory?

man, i got this mod installed and still the same problem
and it's in your folder exactly like it is here?
