Reap IR , Flir and T-12 are now non-blurry, fps unlocked and just cleared up.
All scopes now work up to 3000m.
T12 now has a more reasonable FOV.
Credit: KHC Armory for giving me the idea. I wanted to update that mod as it had not received an update in ages and lots of people wanted this mod.

What SPT version are you trying to use it on? I have not had any issues with any version post 3.5.0 that i have tried it on so far.

Check your render settings and if the bug persists send me a more detailed description of the bug.
The scopes had a plane that basically clipped everything after a certain distance, which I raised to 3000m.

It's a .zip / .rar containing 1) a folder appropriately named (i.e. ClearThermals), and 2) containing the required standard files (i.e. package.json, LICENSE,....). This mod download could not be "more standard" if it tried. You were wrong pal, you ARE a bit dense. Sorry, not intended to make fun, but come on...... You made my day reading this.

As said in another comment if this were possible I would love to but sadly these are files that cannot be changed in a simple config or similar.
If you want it I can tell you how to do it yourself but sadly I can't make these items easily configurable

Understood. I got Unity Asset Bundle Extractor and checked your bundle files for the three scopes. I guess I can just edit the field values and save the edited bundle since you already created the mod for loading the bundles dynamically.
Edit: I quickly dumped all assets and did a diff. The values to edit I guess are:
"float far clip plane": 3000
in two assets, and
"1 UInt8 IsFpsStuck": 0,
"1 UInt8 IsMotionBlurred": 0,
"1 UInt8 IsGlitch": 0,
"1 UInt8 IsPixelated": 0,
in other two assets.
So I'll try to edit those and save the changed asset pack and exchange them in your mod.
I didn't know that unity games can be modded so easily, but I guess the big work has been done by BepInEx and the SPT gods.

I made both of those mods so the only conflict may be between Goggles++ and White Phosphor.
I can't imagine how those mods would affect this one.
