Hi, I was a bit curious on 3 things with modding.
1. Can you add custom skills that have custom perks?
2. Can you add custom status effects (such as tremor, bleeding, etc.) and have custom penalties/buffs?
3. Can you change the infection number that isn't used on the health screen?
