Then maybe try reinstalling EFT

So is this when you start the game or start a raid?

I experienced the same issue. Did multiple reinstallations of AKI without a fix. Tarkov as well as AKI were installed on my boot drive.

Moving Tarkov to a different drive and reinstalling AKI fixed the issue

Alright, after you hit start on the launcher hit Alt+Tab.

I have a very similar issue(if not the same issue) as you, if alt+tab after launching doesn't work you can try deleting the settings .ini files in C:\Users\*yourusername*\AppData\Roaming\Battlestate Games\Escape from Tarkov\Settings

Damn, not sure then. The only other thing that I got to work for me with my freezing on startup was to start up the server and launcher, then wait 5 minutes before launching.

Its not the game freezing, the installation didnt work correctlly. Note how in the lower left corner it says 0.13.0.2.21734 Beta Version instead of SPT-AKI 3.5.0.

To me it seems like somehow it still runs some weird mix of live and SPT, which leads to the game hanging up on startup. It is talking with the local server, which is why I think its a mix and not just live Tarkov

Okay I think I found a solution.

I did another install this time in C:\Users\username\SPT-AKI and this time it works. I would assume that some Windows permission weirdness results in this behavior if you try to install in C root, while your user directory is unaffected

Was passing by, not really looked in the issue
My recommendation to avoid using non latin letters in the game folder's name, "ż" can possibly cause this issue
