Update to the current SPT release and then update alol your mods. This was an issue in earlier releases afaik.

SE & Fika don't work together. You need to go to Fika support for support when you have that installed. You would have found that out much quicker - and we don't support Fika.

- There are only 4 phrases banned from showing voice indicators. This will be expanded in the future to remove useless, not actual voicelines that you never actually hear.

QuoteSince Tarkov is a "hArDcOrE" shooter, there really isn't any accessibility options. This mod aims to change that.
Each running step, sprinting step, sneaking step, voice line, or gunshot within the configurable range will automatically show up on your HUD. There is a small arrow indicator clarifying if the sound is above or below you, but no arrow indicator if it's level with you. The distance of these sounds can be interpreted based on how large the indicator is, and how faded it starts out. Each indicator will then fade on it's own, unless the source of the sound is repeated.
Each indicator is tied to the first bot that makes the specified sound, so if you see multiple indicators, there are multiple bots!
This is my first time creating an accessibility mod (ever), so if you have feedback or require changes to help you do better -- PLEASE, let me know!
Installation
- Download Audio Accessibility Indicators
- Open the downloaded zip file in 7-zip
- Select the BepInEx folder in the zip file in 7-zip
- Drag the BepInEx folder from 7-zip into your SPT folder

Typically this is either an issue with your live install (verifying or reinstalling it, then launching live to validate it works) or a potential issue with your hardware.
We would need patcher and install logs for this type of issue - it is far faster to get help with these on the SPT Discord.

This is not an issue. This is expected behaviour when you install Realism.

So, by the mere fact that he has FIKA installed, you won't offer support? This is an SPT thing... going to FIKA support would just provide the same issue for the person asking, after all this is something that happens when you rename your SPT install folder... Just tell them to correct the name of their install folder...
Yes. We do not support Fika.
Let me explain further for you. Do you know why this issue happened? Because Fika requires you to turn on developer mode in the launcher. When you turn on developer mode and rename the SPT folder - it doesn't automatically remap it.
It does if you don't enable developer mode. You only need to enable that for Fika.
So...yes. The actual issue is because of Fika. So we direct people to Fika support. This is SINGLE PLAYER tarkov, not Fika. Providing support here opens up legality issues.

Try removing ALP if the previous advice doesn't fix it.
Swag+Donuts does sometimes have issues spawning them, but it's more prevalent with ALP. You have to make config changes in swag+donuts to help.

Delete and reinstall SWAG+Donuts. It looks like you're having a lot of issues with invalid spawn locations.
