I spend my all day to make some mods compatible with the lastest Realism 1.4.1 release.
Obviously, it's just a patch, so you need Realism mod and one (or as many as you want) of these original mods.

How to Install:
Drag and drop user folder into your SPT root
Realism have to be last in load order.
Don't ask my for specific patch, I don't have time.
