AIO increased boss chance. I am closing this now as OP's question is resolved.
I don't think this is a problem, it is just reporting back when the profile is saved. It seems by the timestamps in the client log, that this was over some period of time?
Mate we are going back time here.. It is possibly one of the multiple choice quests which has bugged, specifically polkim hobo comes to mind. Try editing your profile to set this to availableToFinish (I think it is, but it has been a while.)
Failing that try scouring the early support threads for similar. As it is so old it is unlikely someone will have a version running, and as such providing support is difficult..
As far as profile transfer. No is the short of it, maybe if you edit a couple of things,m but it will likely cause you issue down the road.
My advice would be to just wait the short amount of time it will take the devs to get things either up to date, or get a patcher released.
It is there in black and white mate, I have nothing more to say on the matter and I have no decision making on such things.
Check the rules, there is a big banner at the top of every page even. Just asking will often lead to an instant ban.
Normally the cause of this is incorrect game version, as there have been a handful of update / different patcher releases, it wold not surprise me if this is the case. Double check your version and the requirements for whichever install method you are using.

From that screenshot I can see that AKI data is present. As memimoonlight pointed out.
did you patch before putting spt-aki 1.5.1 into the patched game folder?

The default config will set any bosses that normally spawn on the map to 100% with no other changes (this is the same as Standard Backup)
Spicy config give a 20% chance for every boss to spawn on each map, a 20% chance to spawn both a raider and a rogue group, and spawns a boss horde of between 3 and 7 bosses.
BossesWithFriends config will set any bosses that normally spawn on the map to 100% and they will bring a friend.
Horde config will spawn some custom made hordes to ruin your day (good example on building custom hordes)

debug: Will output the newly calculated boss waves in the server log. (true / false)
keepOriginalBossZones: Will limit the zones that the bosses can spawn to zones that can normally spawn a boss in each map. (true / false)
randomizeBossZonesEachRaid: When keepOriginalBossZones = false, Each boss gets set a single spawn zone, and the bosses are spread over the map.
If randomizeBossZonesEachRaid is set to true then every time you complete a raid, the zone that each boss is assigned will be reselected.
This will make make the locations each boss spawns different every raid. (true / false)
shuffleBossOrder: Will shuffle the order of the boss array (adds less predictability with spawn order). (true / false)
Raiders and rogues are split into sections with the following options.

Removes the raiders and rogues present in the original boss waves. (true / false)

Boosts the following options of raiders / rogues that are in the original boss waves.

AllTheBoss is compatible with SAIN and SWAG. You will need to go into the SWAG config.json, and set UseDefaultSpawns Bosses to true at the bottom of the config.
