The logs are not showing the exact culprit, but I suspect a mod is causing the issue. Probably by deleting a property entirely instead of setting to 0 or ''.
See if you can get into Reserve with no mods and a fresh profile, if so you will need to go through your mods and do a bit of experimentation to find the culprit.

It is a strange situation, on my own system (i5-8400, 3gb 1060, 16gb ram) I do not experience what you are describing at all, memory goes up to 75% (with chrome still open) goes up to mid 80's during raid, and then frees up all memory at the end of raid.
You are not the only person to report memory issues, but I can't see where the difference is that is causing this problem for you.

If randomizeBossZonesEachRaid is set to true then every time you complete a raid, the zone that each boss is assigned will be reselected. This will make make the locations each boss spawns different every raid. (true / false)

Are you installing AKI onto the same drive as live? Putting it on a different drive can cause this issue.

If you have added all these mods without testing or setting up as you go. Then I would recommend that you start again and take your time adding mods, setting the configs up, and verifying that everything is working as expected. Just do a few mods at a time.

muteAll: if true will mute all bots, if false then the individual settings in botTypes are used instead.
Then for each bot in botTypes, if muteAll is false, set to true to mute this type of bot.
