In the release notes under Non-SPT issues, "Tagging items in raid with special characters, e.g. , or " can corrupt the profile on exiting the raid"
It looks like this is whats happening here. it is the tag on the 1639th item in your inventory. You would need to edit your profile with notepad++, vsCode, etc and manually fix the issue.

Just do another install elsewhere on the system, and copy your user/mods and user/profiles over from your old version. (as long as the mods are compatible with the updated version).
Why are you using such an outdated version? Updating would be the first thing to do.
If I import that profile into an unmodded game, it works fine. As such I have to presume it is a mod issue, you will need to remove them until you find the cause.
This support forum is for issues with the base version of AKI, not for mod problems. There is a dedicated support thread for each mod on the right panel of the mods page.
The black screen on extract is a rare known bug.
As for adding the junk box, I have no idea, try adding some roubles and buy it instead?
Chomp pushed a release for 3.4 beta earlier which reference to `Fixed a client soft-lock that would occur when an item listed on the flea market had a decimal handbook price` It is possible that you have stumbled across this issue instead?
It looks like something that generated a flea market offer, didn't round to an int correctly.

I suspect you will be able to to fix this by opening your profile (user/profiles) with vsCode / notepad++ /etc, navigate to characters.pms.RagfairInfo.offers look for any with itemsCost containing a decimal, and remove it. For example '2720.5` to '2720'.
If you are having an issue with a mod, then you will need to post on the mod's support thread. This forum is for issues with base AKI.
Only a couple of things spring to mind. Check if you have any other programs running on that port already (6969). Make sure it is not being blocked by your firewall.
